I think the guy smoked to much marijuana. Squirrels don`t need to breed any faster. The squirrels are rather building a time machine to take over humans and are preparing to mutinise agains us humans. The bigger their army, the more harm they cause use as a pest sent by God. Thus the reason why we have to defend ourselve and guard off "Responsibity".
