5.24 pm, George Street, near King Street.
According to a witness, a very angry man attacked the flowers at this stall, pulling about half of the stock out of their buckets, snapping stems etc, and abusing the woman tending them. As the man was leaving, the witness asked him why he did it, and the reply was along the lines of "The police do the same thing all the time." Big chip on that shoulder, possibly also a few demons. Another witness apparently then detained the man in a "citizen's arrest," forcing him to sit down and wait for the police to arrive. Digging his hole deeper, it seems he urinated in the police van after he was arrested.

uf, I don't know what to think, poor guy was probably an illigal vendor of something, goota fel for the guy probably had that done many times over, but the flower lady was at no fault, this was a poorly executed form of terrorism, hope he gets out easy, he could have done worst.
